Water, Power And Where We Work
Do you bring your own water and electricity?
Yes. We come fully equipped with our own water and electricity, so you don’t have to provide anything besides the car. Our vans carry their own deionized water and their own power, and nothing connects to your house. Whether you’re at home, at work or anywhere else in our service area, we can complete your detail completely self-sufficiently.
Are you actually mobile? Where are you located?
Yes, we’re fully mobile. We’re based in Arlington Heights, but we don’t have a shop for you to drop your car at. We come to you instead: your driveway, your office parking lot or an apartment lot with room for our van.
What is mobile detailing?
Mobile detailing is a professional car cleaning service that comes directly to you. Instead of dropping your vehicle off at a shop, we bring all the equipment, tools and products needed to fully detail your car at your home, workplace or any location in the Chicagoland area. It’s a convenient, time-saving way to keep your vehicle looking like new without interrupting your day.
What areas do you service?
We offer mobile detailing within a 35-mile radius of Arlington Heights, Illinois. That includes Schaumburg, Palatine, Elk Grove Village, Mount Prospect, Des Plaines and the surrounding suburbs. Not sure if you’re within our service area? Call or text (224) 345-9025 and we’ll be happy to confirm.
What do you need from me?
Just the car and enough room to park our van next to it. We bring the water, the power, the tools and the products. At an apartment complex or an office, any parking lot works as long as there’s space for the van.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. You don’t need to be home while we work. You can pay by online invoice, leave cash in the car, or have someone in your household pay. If you can, come out at the end and look the car over with us before we leave.

How much does a detail cost?
Pricing depends on your vehicle and the level of service you’re looking for. You can see starting prices on our Services page, or fill out a Request a Quote form and we’ll get back to you within the next few business hours with an accurate estimate. How do I book an appointment?
Booking is quick and easy. You can book online anytime and pick your package, add-ons and time yourself, or give us a call at (224) 345-9025 and we’ll get you set up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, cash and Zelle. We can also send you an invoice to pay online.
Do you take a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We take a 20% deposit on every job to hold your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours before it, you get a full refund.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
Yes. After your first full detail, you can join our Maintenance Program and we’ll come back on a set schedule at a lower price per visit. There’s no contract, and you pay after each visit.

What if it rains?
We’ll reschedule you at no charge, however short the notice. That’s the weather, and it’s out of everyone’s control.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package. Our estimates run from about 1 to 2 hours for an Interior Refresh, to 2 to 3 hours for an Interior Detail and 3 to 4 hours for a full Interior + Exterior Detail. You’ll find the estimated time for every package on our Services page.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your detail, let us know and we’ll come back and fix anything you’re not happy with, completely free of charge. That’s why we ask you to look the car over with us before we leave.
