2. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise arranged. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.
 

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Pristine Mobile Detailing. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, post-service follow-ups, and promotional offers for future maintenance.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment history and active inquiries.

  • Pricing: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts.

  • Help/Support: If you need assistance with our text messaging service, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly using the information below.

  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
     

4. Limitation of Liability
Pristine Mobile Detailing takes the utmost care when servicing your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, heavily degraded vehicle conditions, or personal items left inside the vehicle during the time of service.
 

5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the current Last Updated date.
